When COVID-19 struck, our Bankruptcy and Insolvency Practice Group was one of the early adopter of utilizing PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or Suspension of Payment) strategies in court. Since then, we have refined our methods and strategies for over three years.
Our firm has three partners accredited as PKPU Administrator/Bankruptcy Receiver, consisting of Bosni G. Wibowo, Febryan R. Yusuf, and Bobby C. Manurung. All three are active members of AKPI (Administrator and Receiver Association).
